I remember Ad-Sailors '04 with Popeye and Susan when we got a one try mooring while sailing the
mercs rudderless. i miss camp!!! hopefully i will be back as a counselor this year! I just remebered that the LPI
also got cancelled that year because a camper went missing during the races. that was scary, but thankfully it
turned out to be a misunderstanding. |

we remember when newport slept under the stars, even though no one wanted to cuz we all thought
that we were gonna get sand in our hair. We all had to pee in the woods if we had to go. The stars were

Bridget was trying to eat it so she put her face right in it. when she lifted up her head it was covered in melted

sweatshirts wrapped in sticky plastic bags. the plastic kept sticking to my face and my friend thoguht she was in a

I remember when I was in my tent listening to music and playing air guitar. My music was realy
loud, and i couldnt hear anything. I looked up and saw Pez standing their. I was scared out of my mind, I actually
jumped and I think I may have screeched. I also remember Iggy making flubber with us, the newport girls. I also
remember when Mkali came in to read us a bed time story and it was about babys losing their parents and freezing to
death. lol I had soo much funn with everyone and I cant wait untill CITS'07. Im making sweatshirts lol

Recipe: DELM sandwich
Ingredients: one part Dana
one part Erin
one part Liz
one part Marissa
lots of FAVY-FAV LUV
and some magic fairy dust
Utensils: imagination and a large wooden spoon
Instructions: smoosh the delm girlz together, bake in the sun until optimum tan is achieved, then garnish with
fairy dust. luv will appear naturally.
Notes: the delm sandwich - it's a classic. when baking, be sure not to get the girls sunburned because aloe would
be needed and ruin the overall effect of the sandwich.

I was on the hiking trip with log cabin and freackles
and we were going white water rafting and the instructer was flirting
with freackles then we started talking bout another guy that ws
hitting on her to and so we then went to log bain and ought that
she was a camper but when he found out she wasn't he started hitting
on her while we were white water rafing.It was hilarious. |

spot while everybody else was at the fire and out of nowhere a deer
popped out and i sreamed deer and then it rammed into a tree and
log cabin jumped up because she thought i said bear so it was pretty
funny.we actually think the deer died so that was sad but funny
at the same time. |

and abby said o you think.when bendy came back she had a full glass
and she made abby drink it in 10 seconds! |

My Favorite Camp Memory was when *Newport* took
all of fluke and skip's stuff and put it in the flag circle as a
prank. when all we were putting everything back skip was like wow
fluke maybe we'll even win golden broom(as a joke), and then the
next night at dinner Boo-Boo announced that they had won golden
broom for such a clean room on display for the whole camp to see,
and skip gave a speech.

the wall with our handprints, singing outside the dining hall, going
to the woodshed, long hikes by the bog, hiding under a pile of leafs
for counselor hunt and being KICKED IN THE HEAD, riding bikes to
the park and playing on the swing, ice cream. SO MANY great memories |

It's been twelve or thirteen years since I was there last. I have a 5 year old and one on the way,

the GCATTS was amazing and I got to go on it 4
times. The best one was when the water was dried up at most spots
and we had to carry our canoes. It felt like you were going to nowhere
and following the craziest map to get there. The ocean was an amazing
site when we landed. I miss all the staff I had the great opportunity

omg, i remember back in 2003 when Dana and I were in Newport and still in Wind while most of our
friends (Strawberry and Mirisa)were in Wave in Sleepyhollow. It was a saterday night and after lights out Dana and
i snuck out the back entrace to Newport, ran down the road and up the hill to sleepy hollow.
most of sleepyhollow was still awake, and had taken their beds into the circle to sleep under the stars.
so Dana and i slipped under Mirisa and strawberry's netting, and talked to them for a couple minutes, when a
concelor shined a flashlight right in my face and said "lights out girls." i said ok, and she went away. that
was a really close call!!! thankgod she didn't recognize us! Dana and I hurried back to Newport after that!
i can't wait to come back to camp this year. in two years i can be a CIT! i luv you all!! XOXO ps, i case anyone

to CIT to Jr. Counselor/Counselor CIT Director. My favorite times were in Lakeview and Sunrise Hill,.. Kate,
Lisa. As a kiddie I remember the Flemmings, and the Doyles. Pit latrines (NO showers!) Kerosene Lanterns. The
"Moten Gator" with Emily B. Even after my first year as a camper in 1970 I still stay in touch with one of my

Well, it was quite the first summer at Favorite! My favorite memory is during Session 4 when I lived
with Socks in Sunrise. We floated our tent for as long as possible - until a thunder storm rolled in and
we had to drop the flaps cause we got wet! That was a fabulous storm and watching it come across the pond
was amazing. Thanks to everyone who made my first summer one I'll never forget - both campers and staff!

I went to Camp Favorite from 1988 to 1993, was a CIT in 1994 an intern in 1996
and on staff 1997. Thats 11 summers of my life at Camp Favorite! I loved every minute of it (even
the Great Canoe Adventure to the Sea) and have great memories (Is there still only one payphone in
the staff house? Does Trampoline world still exist?) and wonderful friends who I am still in touch
with. Shout out to all the CITS in 1994 and everyone at Camp now..keep making those memories for the
new campers...Love to all... |

I remember when Marissa and me were stuck in the middle of long pond on the
way back from the lunch sail. There was no more wind so we had to paddle back to CF. it was
really hard cuz we were on a merk and the other 3 girls wouldn't help we slpashed each other
until we were drenched to the bone and then we splashed some more I'll never 4get u splash buddy

I remember when during session 4 2005 Digger said "bucket!" in the arts and
crafts shed and then she walked by and 'assured' wave that she said "Bucket! The thing you carry
stuff in! Bucket!" and we all burst out laughing |

I remember the flood.I tried to save the converse and i did.(i also spranied my ankle)
i also remember when we tried to do GCATS. and when le and i got banned from the shovel. Yay gangsta sista
LOL wow i miss camp i also remember how we were all pyros and Carlota tackiling me during football. And our
jewish wedding dance that was so funny and during our raid half of us went to the wrong spot LOL And the mafia

Cutting my toe open on the lunch sail and riding back to Favorite
in the whaler with Bendy practically shoving thin mints down my throat and then trying
to get from the whaler to the golf cart by leaning on digger and boom but they were way
too short so i just walked on my own. And then getting to ride in the golf cart which was
super fun! And then after i got my stitches at the harry potter dinner and we were singing
spirit but i couldn't jump so i just hopped! Good times session 2, can't wait to be back session 4! |

Many memories, many years of fun down on the Cape.
So many campers so many counselors. I remember when I finally got to
be the one leading the songs are the final circle. I remember the year
we had a skunk as a pet and were convinced that since it's strip was yellow
that meant it didn't have a smell gland. All the fun GCATT trips with Smev.

Happiness and the smell that you can only get in the damn flag circle.
(Not that I ever made it there in the morning) I bet that smelled different. Legacy has
been passed down through the years(esp in with the ad-sailors)New ad-sailors, Raise hell
like we did and have a blast!

I rember when Dana Lila Emily Jill Zoe Margeret and I were in bed till like

girls from 2 tents over were in our tent! I also remeber when Dana Lil and I did the dance in our******!
And when I got those mysterious letters from tj:) ha ha fun times. O and when we were on the beach

I remember when, I think it was 3rd session, when we capsized as
soon as the mooring was untied. We didn't untie the mainsheet b4 we put the main
sail up. Oh and I also remember paddle races in the mercs. Aww or when we took the
oh so adorable little sailors with us!!! Ahah or session 4 when Tritan wanted to
see a raccon and he ran down the hill, which he shouldn't have been doin, and he stepped
in the water bucket and then knocked over the other one. Ahahhaha I miss camp soo much :( |

I rememeber when I was told no running in camp and
of course I didnt follow that rule. By the second day of camp (session 1)
I ran into one of the wooden things sticken out of the tent. I had a
lovely dent on my forhead and I went flying onto my back. Too many camp

i remember when tritan, freckles, belle, and lilly
were at the pavilion at like 12:30 watching a skunk and how faciniated
they were lol i also remember how there were 8 of us (older kids)taking
care of the little kids and how one little girl would keep following
us. i also remember talking late at night just telling stories.

i remember when pumpkin brought me kate and immie
into her tent before bed after final campfire to give us coins from
England and cricket walked in and yelled at us cuz she thought we
were all campers haha we looooveee pumpkin.. and i remember when
kate and pumpkin and i were getting down with our bad selves while
everyone played crocodiliomi.. WOW i love camp. and immie you make

Wow...it's been almost 10 years, but I will NEVER
forget my days at Favorite. I sailed at CF for 4 summers and those
were some of the best days of my life! I have wayyyyyy too many
great memories to name all here...but some of the best ones were
playing capture the flag ALWAYS in the rain (every year!!!)...and
capsizing in the middle of Long Pond...and not being able to do
anything about it because we were all laughing so hard we couldn't
get back in the boat! lol Also...walking into the wrong tent in
the middle of the night (oops!) and "sparkle parties" (anyone remember
those? ;o)) Anyway, I'm coming across lots of old pictures from
my days at camp...I'm getting married in September and I'm preparing
to put lots of these great photos up on my new walls. My days at
Favorite will be cherished forever. :o) |

--When the candy came :) and we gave it to JB and Beaver and they
had no idea what it was.
--When we went for a nature walk with Narwhal and ended up sitting
on the grass talking about feet..and the prosses of spagetti and
sauce.
--When Immie me and Clara were triplets at twin breakfast and maintained
the image up until sailing when we had to leave our red softball
sock and vizors :(
-- When me and Immie snuck our candy too hanna and soph on the the
last day while everyone was packing..and they werernt in our unit..

I remember when I went to camp (last year seasion

oh my god. so many stories, so many good times.
well i was with sleepyhollow and i had alot of friends in TIP i
loved them! we all are still friends today! i remember tom the sexi
toothbrush! that was sophies, gill and carly are my bestest friends
now. and kate gina and sara i miss lot cuz i dont see them as much
as i do gill carly and sophie! but its ok ill see them again. sara
and i had a joke... BOBBYYYY JOEEE and SARAAA lol i had so much
fun. i had alot of friends in sleepyhallow too like merry and pery,

My twin sister and I attended Camp Favorite for
4 years - from 1975 through 1978. (Oh my goodness, I'm old!!). What
a great experience. This year, my daughter is at Camp Favorite for
the first time. She's 9. (She's there now.) I hope she's having
the same wonderful experiences that I had!!!
I just sent her a Care Package -- full of water balloons! Her counselor
is just going to love me! (not!). |
